1. Acceptance of Terms

By choosing to reside at U Man PG, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residents, guests, and visitors.

2. Accommodation Policies

• Rooms are provided on a sharing or individual basis as per the chosen plan.
• Residents must not sublet or allow unauthorized persons to stay.
• Room allotment is at the discretion of U Man PG management.

3. Payment Terms

• Monthly rent must be paid in advance on or before the 5th of each month.
• A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon checkout after deductions (if any).
• Late payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

4. Resident Conduct

• Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and common areas.
• Loud music, smoking, and consumption of alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to property must be compensated by the resident.

5. Security & Access

• Entry is allowed only via biometric or authorized access cards.
• CCTV surveillance is in place for safety purposes.
• Visitors must be registered at the front desk and are allowed only during visiting hours.

6. Services & Facilities

• Meal, laundry, internet, and housekeeping services are provided as per the chosen plan.
• Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
• Maintenance complaints can be raised via the resident app or helpdesk.

7. Termination & Refund

• Residents must provide a notice period of 15 days before vacating.
• Refund of deposit is subject to room condition and clearance of dues.
• Immediate termination may occur in case of violation of rules.

8. Legal Disclaimer

U Man PG shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings or delays in services due to unavoidable circumstances. Residents are advised to take care of their valuables and report any suspicious activity immediately.

9. Amendments

U Man PG reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to residents via notice or email.
